Well, Sekaiichi is a band that Isshiki-san had recommended last year. He mentioned that he went for a live and he really like this band. Yes, he's friends of the band... Then somehow or rather, Lunkhead also had a mention of Sekaiichi on their blog...... So, yes, decided to check them out last year. I checked out Sekaiichi and Merenge at the same time but for some reason, Sekaiichi stuck more than Merenge...
They are a band mostly from Osaka, and I managed to see them at Shimokita Club Que last month. I'm really glad I got to check them out live!!! Gouda-san from Lunkhead was there too!!!!!!
They were really cool live!! As always, very energetic and pumped live into their songs! The crowd was awesome too~! And the vocalist was really cool... Coz the whole place was packed to the brim, he asked those of us who were standing if the hallway if we could see well.. Then he asked the crowd in the pit to squeeze a little so we could make our way into the pit... Yasashii yoo~!
Anyway, I am TOTALLY in love with two of their songs, Asa to Yoru and Misora. Totally, totally awesome songs...
Asa to Yoru is a very laidback song, mid-temp, very acoustic and light.
Misora on the other hand is a quiet and somber but hopeful song that ends on a very positive note.
I TOTALLY TOTALLY think these two songs are awesome!
